Dr. Balakumaran obtained his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from rmdch / annamalai University. he has a Masters degree in oral and maxillofacial surgery and implantology from srm university. he is a member of the Indian Dental Association, oral and maxillofacial surgery and Indian Society of Oral Implantology. he has trained extensively in Implantology, which he has been practicing for more than two decades now. His specialized area of interest is in Cosmetic Dentistry for which he has undergone training both nationally and internationally.

he is committed to educating the public on dental awareness and has addressed several organizations to spread the message. he has written several articles both for the public and the profession. he has given several talks on Dental Practice Management, Marketing Esthetic Dentistry, Current Trends in Dentistry and Laser Dentistry.

He runs a two Multispeciality clinics in tirupattur in South India, which has a State of the Art Dental laboratory attached
